Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost
Free tracked shipping is included on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Total estimated time is approximately 4-9 business days from the order date.

Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination address and package size.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier's website.

Split Shipments
If your order contains several items, they may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days. You receive tracking for each package at no extra cost.

Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Delayed Packages
Carrier delays caused by weather, high-volume periods, or local service disruptions are outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email info@boxonicllc.com and we will open a case with the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the outer packaging. We will replace or refund the item.
