Nordic Hamstring Curl Strap

An anchor strap that turns a door, a rack or a heavy piece of furniture into a hamstring curl station. It also holds your feet down for sit-ups and Spanish squats, so one strap covers several exercises.

• Multi-exercise: Nordic curls, sit-ups, Spanish squats and tibialis work.
• Padded ankle cuffs: foam padding where the strap sits against your leg.
• Adjustable length: fits a range of anchor points and leg lengths.
• Packs flat: rolls up small enough for a gym bag or a drawer.

Before you start: check that your anchor point is solid and can take your full body weight. Nordic curls are demanding — use a band or a partner for assistance until you can control the descent.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment. The estimated total delivery time is generally 4–9 business days from the order date, including processing. We ship to the United States, and tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If a size doesn’t fit, email info@boxonicllc.com with your order number before sending anything back and we’ll help with an exchange or return.
